Blanches Cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms – a king, twin and a single.
A light, welcoming kitchen leads into a comfortable beamed living room with dining area and open fire. Double doors open onto a private sea-facing patio. There is a single bedroom downstairs and upstairs there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom.
Blanches Cottage and adjoining Blanches House share uninterrupted south-facing views across a three acre valley garden to the sea. The garden as a whole is accessible to guests of both houses, but otherwise the Cottage and House are private and self-contained, with their own entrances and individual outdoor sitting and dining areas, and neither overlooks the other.

Fully-equipped kitchen with two skylights and windows overlooking the garden and valley. Ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Washing machine and dryer.
Living Room
Attractive living room with dining area and garden and sea views. Large sofa and two armchairs, open fire with original bread oven. TV, DVD player, piano. Double doors lead onto a sea-facing patio with outdoor furniture in season.
Bedroom 1
Charming room overlooking the garden and valley to the sea. King sized bed, Ruark R2 music system/DAB radio, small TV.
Bedroom 2
Twin room with two single beds and views over the garden to the sea.
Bathroom
Bath with shower above, wash basin and WC. Views over the garden to the sea.
Bedroom 3
Downstairs single bedroom with garden view. A second bed can be added on request.
Garden
South-facing patio with table and chairs for six in season. Three acre garden with several large lawns, two streams, vegetable garden, orchard and lots of secret areas to explore. Play area with tree house, slide, trampoline and rope swing. Direct access to a secluded valley leading down to the South West coast path.
