Blanches House
Blanches House sleeps nine people in five bedrooms – a superking, king, two twins and a single.
Downstairs a light and airy galleried entrance hall with wood burning stove leads to a farmhouse kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room with doors opening on to the sea-facing patio. A single bedroom downstairs, together with a bathroom/utility room, can be separated from the main house if desired and is suitable for those with more limited mobility. There is also a separate WC. Upstairs there is a large landing leading to four bedrooms and one bathroom.
Blanches House and adjoining Blanches Cottage share uninterrupted south-facing views across a three acre valley garden to the sea. The garden as a whole is accessible to guests of both houses, but otherwise the House and Cottage are private and self-contained, with their own entrances and individual outdoor sitting and dining areas, and neither overlooks the other.

Kitchen
Fully-equipped farmhouse kitchen with countryside, garden and sea views. The table seats nine and can be extended with an additional table to seat five more. Ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge, separate freezer and two large butler sinks.
Living Room
Spacious living room with garden and sea views. Two comfortable three-seater sofas and three armchairs. Large wood burner, TV, DVD player, upright Boston piano. Double doors lead onto a sea-facing patio with outdoor furniture in season.
Bedroom 1
Dual aspect room overlooking the garden and valley to the sea. Superking bed, two armchairs, Ruark R4 music system/DAB radio, small TV/DVD player. Door to sea-facing shower room which is also accessible from the landing.
Bedroom 2
Double bedroom with ample sitting area, wash basin and garden and countryside views. King bed, sofa, Roberts music system/DAB radio. Alcove with large cot suitable for babies and toddlers.
Bedroom 3
Twin room with two single beds and view over the garden and valley to the sea.
Bedroom 4
Twin room facing the garden with two single beds and wash basin.
Shower Room
Views over the garden and valley to the sea. Two wash basins, WC and shower.
Bedroom 5
Downstairs single bedroom adjoining the bathroom. A second bed can be added on request.
Bathroom/Utility Room
Bath with shower above, wash basin and WC. Washing machine, dryer and space for drying laundry.
Separate room with WC and wash basin accessed from the hall.
Garden
South-facing patio with table and chairs for ten in season. Three acre garden with several large lawns, two streams, vegetable garden, orchard and lots of secret areas to explore. Play area with tree house, slide, trampoline and rope swing. Direct access to a secluded valley leading down to the South West coast path.
