Our Commitments

• We will adhere to government rules and hospitality industry guidelines at all times and will maintain these high standards as long as Covid-19 remains a threat.

• We have adopted a stringent new approach to cleaning and airing the house on changeover, including two stage cleaning for all high touch areas using recommended Dettol cleaning products.

• Housekeeping staff will be masked and gloved while they work.

• No one will have access to the house once the housekeeping staff have finished their work.

• Please note we are unable to sanitise books, toys and games. Our House Book will be emailed to you.

• Scones and other food and drink will be provided wrapped by the manufacturer to avoid contamination.

• All bedlinen and towels will be professionally laundered at 72°C, above the recommended temperature of 60°C.

• If a maintenance issue requires a contractor to visit, we will arrange this for when you are out if possible and the contractor will wear appropriate PPE on request.
